You can request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
To cancel an order, please contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number.
If your cancellation request is approved, the refund (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
As imitation jewellery is delicate and often handcrafted, we accept returns only in the following cases:
You received a damaged or defective product.
You received the wrong item.
To be eligible for a return:
You must notify us within 24–48 hours of receiving the order.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Proof of unboxing video (showing parcel opening) is mandatory to claim damage or missing item.
Once verified, we will offer either:
A replacement, or
A store credit (if replacement unavailable).
Refunds are issued only for canceled orders (before dispatch) or approved return cases.
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days after product inspection and approval.
Mode of refund: Original payment method or store credit (based on your preference and case).
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
Products damaged due to mishandling or improper storage.
Used or worn jewellery.
Sale, clearance, or discounted items.
Customized or made-to-order jewellery.
