Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

  • You can request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped.

  • Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

  • To cancel an order, please contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number.

  • If your cancellation request is approved, the refund (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.


2. Returns & Exchange

As imitation jewellery is delicate and often handcrafted, we accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.

  • You received the wrong item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must notify us within 24–48 hours of receiving the order.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of unboxing video (showing parcel opening) is mandatory to claim damage or missing item.

Once verified, we will offer either:

  • A replacement, or

  • A store credit (if replacement unavailable).


3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only for canceled orders (before dispatch) or approved return cases.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days after product inspection and approval.

  • Mode of refund: Original payment method or store credit (based on your preference and case).

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Products damaged due to mishandling or improper storage.

  • Used or worn jewellery.

  • Sale, clearance, or discounted items.

  • Customized or made-to-order jewellery.
